TIMEFRAME FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Holiday-Friendly 40-Day Returns We want you to feel completely confident gifting or receiving our gloves this season. That’s why we offer a 40-day holiday return and exchange period.
HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN
To start a return or exchange, please click the link in your confirmation email. It will take you to our return portal, where you can follow the steps to complete your return or exchange. If you need any help, feel free to email us at support@graceandable.com
Please have your order number and the email address used to place your order. Order numbers are case-sensitive. You can find your order number in your shipping confirmation email.
We will provide a USPS return label to send back your items. You can ship the return from any USPS post box or facility. You will receive an email with the tracking information for the returned or exchanged item.
REFUND ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for returns or exchanges, items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, and include the original packaging.
We understand that you will need to try on the gloves to determine if they fit. That is ok, but if your product comes back USED or WORN, we will not be able to refund your order.
Once we receive your package, we will process your refund or exchange per this policy. For US orders, we offer FREE RETURN SHIPPING FOR EXCHANGES, as we understand that you may need to switch sizes. Original outgoing shipping costs are not eligible for a refund. For US orders returned for a refund, this includes a flat return shipping fee of $4.99, which will be deducted from your refund. For Canadian orders, there is a shipping fee of $15.99 for both exchanges and refunds, which will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.
Please allow 5-7 business days for that to be completely processed.
